Frances Trott, a 14th-generation Bermudian, has launched Frances Trott Executive Relocation, a bespoke relocation and integration service dedicated to helping senior executives and their families transition seamlessly to life in Bermuda. The practice draws on four years of hands-on experience supporting incoming leadership at Bacardi Limited, one of the world’s largest privately held spirits companies, which is headquartered in Hamilton — and on a lifetime of inspiration from her late godmother, Shelly Greene.
Shelly Greene was well known and deeply respected in Bermuda for her work in executive relocation, and was a pioneering voice in the belief that helping an executive truly integrate into the island community — not simply arranging a move — was the measure of a relocation done well. As Ms Trott’s godmother and mentor, she instilled those values early, and their influence is woven into every aspect of the new practice.
